I haven't hated a Monday since starting at IVE. The good thingsI started with IVE over a year and a half ago as a tele-fundraiser and this was the door to finding true fulfillment in a job for me. It's an easy going work environment while also remaining focused and professional. The team leaders are patient and supportive and play music and games to keep the good vibes going. Sometimes people bring their pets in and the business puts on BBQs or different activities like talent shows or dress up days to raise money for charity. The business isn't just about image, it truly lives up to it's values of Passion, Integrity and Expertise. They truly care about their employees and want to see you succeed. With many opportunities for progression, your experience at IVE is entirely up to you and how much work you want to put in.
