    Lovely job, shocking pay.
The good thingsLoved being able to help people achieve the results they wanted. Appreciated the support and encouragement from my direct manager.
The challengesPay rate is terrible considering how much is expected of you. I was constantly in centre on my days off and left due to not being able to achieve a good work/life balance.

Pay and commission totally below the worth of Multi skilled consultants.
The good thingsHelping lovely people regain confidence and health!
The challengesHourly pay rate hasn't increased in years, nor matches our worth! The commissions are constantly changed, & made harder to achieve! Demands & expectations on staff are well past our pay rate & commission base.

I love this company (and this will sound contradictory)- I just wish they paid more and looked after their staff more.
The good thingsGreat environment and people
The challengesLow pay, outdated technology, not enough spend on staff wellbeing.

Sadly I would not recommend them as an employer - in fact I would warn people not to apply
The good thingsThe only thing good about this job was the clients.
The challengesDemanding management and unrealistic expectations of staff

Enjoyed helping the clientele loose weight.
The good thingsThe training was in-depth, and right up my alley. Yet there was no time to practice all that was learnt due to the speed the company wanted you to run at with clients.
The challengesRushing through the Q&As, report writing all in minimal time. Working with an artic computer system.

Disappointed - another company who doesn't care about their employees.
The good thingsThe clients and the ability to help people work toward their goals. Co-workers.
The challengesManagement only seem to be concerned with KPI's and money made. Not really interested in listening to your ideas. No genuine words of thank you for jobs well done or going above and beyond. When you leave, even on good terms, no-one from management cares. Too many clients booked in short time slots so always felt rushed.

    Support does make a difference
The good things I love what I do, and I am paid for it .. But to truly experience the joy of seeing our clients change their lives around ..this is rewarding , to know your part of there journey. If you truly want to make a difference , not just in your life, but to truly benefit others.
The challengesStaying always focused, even when tired .. but we keep going ,it is rewarding.

Pay could be better considering the amount of work we do, we are basically counsellors on a below average sales person wage. Otherwise an informative and interactive training experience and loved the flexible work times
The good thingsExcellent way to understand eating, exercise and weight loss, flexible work times, fun customer interactions
The challengesYou get thrown in the deep end with clients and sometimes have to shut off your emotions to comfort a client and help them on their journey. Poor computer system, needs an upgrade

    Would never work there again
The good thingsStaff discount is great but unfortunately it is the only benefit and perk of working for the company
The challengesYou can't possibly have a work life balance and work for this company as they only employ small teams which makes it impossible to balance out holidays, sick days and if you have a sick child. Hours are never consistent which makes it very difficult if you have a family or anything outside of your workplace. Pay is very, very low for what your expected to do. Its both a physical and mental job yet you get paid a very low amount. The company struggles to keep up to date with technology making it extremely hard to do your job. If there is just one person who is difficult to work with in this environment it is polarised by a great deal due to the small working team. Parking is terrible. Location is very unsafe.

A company that has failed to keep up with the fast paced changing landscape
The good thingsA place if you seek nothing further but to be an active doer.
The challengesWith a few great individuals left leading the organisation it is unfortunate the company with a great underlying foundations, purpose and vision is led by backwards leadership with no value for their employees and completely unaware of what it takes to create and foster excellence in a growth... growth leadership mindset, investment in employees. For those looking for growth , , employee value, an environment where forward thinking are embraced this is not the place to be. A company led greatly by belief in hierarchy and complete unawareness in people and culture.

    It's a job, definately not a career
The good thingsHelping the clients achieve their goals can be very rewarding. Working with some great team members.
The challengesNo work life balance. Unsociable shifts. Low wage. Small teams with tight scheduling puts undue pressure on team when illness/leave coincides. No career progression or learning pathways. Unrealistic expectations from clients at times.

    Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
The good thingsThe staff discount and the relationships you could build with your clients.
The challengesThe pay. The other staff members. The hours. The cold calling. The management within centres. The centres are old and run down. Technology is terrible. Uses up so much paper. Very wasteful. And again bad pay.
