    Choose your healthy mental wellbeing by not working for this business.
    The good thingsWorked with some amazing educators. The wage was above award. Taught me what not to accept in a workplace and that money is not as important as your mental health.
    The challengesToxic workplace culture that is fostered from upper management. No support from centre management. Overworked, as ratios not met. Unrealistic expectations from management.

    Very big eye opener to me. Would not recommend this work place. There are other centers that are more supportive towards its staff.
