    Can be great at first.
The good thingsThe management was really kind and understanding at first. Very patient with teaching you the job.
The challengesIt is not a workplace for neurodivergent people. If you are to make one mistake while doing VM you will be berated.

Great if your casual and get hrs. If you want a higher role go straight for manager. Cause assistant manager you'll have no life
The good thingsFriendly environment, Area managers are great (Renee, Cindy) Team is usually amazing
The challengesAs Assistant manager you are to work the whole weekend as well as the main days of VM (Moving around the store) so you don't get a single good day off and you work the hardest days and the manager gets Sunday, Monday off. so a weekend and the VM day (They also get paid more)

Work is clear and fluid good until corporate gets involved
The good thingsI enjoyed working under a good manager when I first started. Instructions were clear and the VM whilst annoying at times had a bit of leeway when communicated to area management.
The challengesCorporate breathing down your neck even if it is out of your control.

    Great culture, Great Customers
The good thingsA supportive network and a great company culture. Lots of encouragement from other team members in the state with constant interaction and celebrations for big and small wins. Base wage plus penalties and bonuses but this all adds up and is very achievable, I have worked for a number of brands and this was the highest paying retail manager wage I have had. Great customer base and great fashion forward options for a market that is very limited for larger sizes. This company is about constant improvement and evolving to make the customer experience as amazing as possible so they really take on feedback and it was amazing to see them constantly implementing new ideas, better fashion, higher quality etc
The challengesWork life balance isn’t the greatest with a Wed-Sun roster for managers so you’ll work most weekends but that’s retail life, you win some you lose some but the weekend penalties make it worth your while.

The good thingsThe team was always great to be around. Depends on your location.
The challengesThe management was poor and they don’t have career development. They very evidently play Favourites

    Disappointed. I tried too hard.
The good thingsExcellent staff discount.... that's about it.
The challengesThe companies priorities are terrible. The sort after customer is unrealistic. You're encouraged to push more than what a customer wants over them being happy, making them not want to come back. Young, useless, cheap staff are preferred over quality, better paid staff. Very faulty product too.
