    Love my JCI Family from the team I work with to the upper management.
    The good thingsI have been with the JCI team for just over a year and so far i love it The management team both in office and interstate have been amazing with personal issues i have had come up and they have done everything they can to ensure i am supported
    The challengesOnly Challange is needing to be in office 3 days a week but the team have helped with my roster to ensure i am meeting business requirements and juggling family life
