Zero support, poor standard practices. Extremely poor leadership.
The good thingsThe shift workers and other trades contractors
The challengesPoor leadership. Setting some highly dangerous standards, no care for the fellow work force unless on the in team. Domesticly lead team for industrial underground. Extremely poor accountability.

I can't recommend working for JTMEC
The good thingsMost of the people are great.
The challengesVery unorganised, many employees in office jobs handing down the pressure to the few electricians. You are just a number and can't trust a word from the management.

Good foot in the door for mining Good company to work for. Beginner friendly company for those new to mining which was of benefit to me. The only downside, and personally a pretty big one, is the wages are super low for this type of work, so most just get experience and leave.

95% of the time I loved it.
The good thingsGreat to work there as a sparky, as all levels are electricians. Can often pick and choose hours to work in with your lifestyle.
The challengesOpportunities for women to lead are still under development. Work/life balance can be hard to maintain in senior levels.
