    Great company to work for with awesome leaders.
    The good thingsOpen door policy. Anyone in the business is approachable. Really good progression levels. Strong on learning and development. In-house chef that cooks lunches daily. Access to online courses of your choice. Passionate about fundraising for various causes. Lots of social events with our own company band made up of staff members.
    The challengesGaining abit of weight from all the lunches.
