When they say that they believe in matching the right staff with the right client- you better believe it!! I have worked for JBC for 3.5 years and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. It just doesn't feel like work when I am truly matched with a client that I enjoy the company of.
Another great thing I enjoy about JBC is that they really do recruit the best people. At my interview I was told, "We don't just employ anyone". "Sure", I quietly thought. But I decided to take a punt. Years later I have to say that they have honoured their word. With the exception of just one staff member (who was very quickly sorted out) I have worked alongside of the most amazing, professional, genuinely caring people- it truly is a pleasure that I do not take for granted.
The challengesI have not found any challenges. JBC allows you to have a voice- this means absolutely anything can be problem-solved before it becomes an issue.
