    The challengesDefinitely not a long-term job. Sometimes unrealistic standards. You can only be a casual, so a chance on being dropped unknowingly with little communication.

    It's hard to find a company that you love working for but I've found mine
    The good thingsBeing manager for this company has minimal stress compared to other companies. I'm going to hit the 10 year mark later this year as manager and the owners are the best after a 5 year break in between in my earlier years to try different jobs. I've worked for 15 years for this company.
