    Do not work here if you want to enjoy your job.
    The good thingsI love my team and I do enjoy the customers.
    The challengesThe higher ups (regional and such) are antagonistic, rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They expect so much but then will find fault in every little thing you do, even when you do things exactly as told.
