    I only stayed so long as i l loved the product and fitting jeans.
    The good thingsFitting jeans, I loved helping people get the right fit. great customers. Good quality jeans. Good staff discount.
    The challengesTake note of other reviews for this company, they are all the same. Low pay, (although they will promise the world before you start), unrealistic expectations, no support from regionals, toxic. I was described as " controversial" , because my figures were consistently high, yet i had an opinion, which they hate. They went through 5 managers in my time , a position i would never accept.

    The challengesThe higher ups (regional and such) are antagonistic, rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They expect so much but then will find fault in every little thing you do, even when you do things exactly as told.

    Terrible!! Zero support, high expectations on minimum wages.
    The good thingsHalf price clothes and staff were lovely.
    The challengesRidiculous workloads on managers on minimum wages leaving them feeling exhausted and deflated. Way too much focus on targets. Managers expected to do brief in their own whilst trying to do everything else and wind up run into the ground.

    The challengesHead office will always expect you to be better and better, weather that means you have to force sales onto customers or cut down your hours and upset your employees, there’s a lot of pressure for managers. But that’s retail I guess

    Very horrible experience and would never recommend to anyone.
    The good thingsStaff discounts are a great bonus to working here
    The challengesManagement is poor and trying to discuss issues and get any resolution is near impossible. Also there is a lot of unfair treatment, negative behaviour towards staff and gossiping within the company so it's not a positive environment to be in.

    In store experience is good, but management and casual shift work needs to be better.
    The good thingsGreat support from the store managers. Fellow sales assistants have always been great friends. Salary is good. Customers are (mostly) calm and kind.
    The challengesIn almost 3 years, I've worked with 4 different managers. Company doesn't seem to care for casual workers, and puts more value on hiring part timers, even though there may be MULTIPLE casuals in store waiting for shifts. Difficult to cover shifts if sick or in emergency situations, and you are required to find your own cover (even if you are incapacitated or in hospital). Prices are high for the quality. Your staff discount does not apply to all brands under the company, only your store, and you are not allowed to buy for family members or friends using your discount.

    I had a fairly negative experience, far too much stress for very little pay.
    The good thingsStaff discounts we were really good. The product is easy to sell.
    The challengesUnrealistic expectations, the brand expects you to get a lot accomplished in one day with only 3 hour lunch covers. Work life balance is terrible, working rotoating roster where you get every second weekend off sounds great at first, but the reality is you then only get one day off in between the rest of your shifts leaving you feeling completely burnt out.

    A great company that looks after you and has lots of opportunities for growth and change and keeps you busy every day is different :) fairly easy going in terms of kpi's and personal budgets, the main focus was store budget.
    The good thingsGood salary, great product and staff discount and room to move within the just group as a howl.
    The challengeswas juggling the customers along with all the stock, store presentation and cleaning, a very fast paced environment.
