If you respect yourself and prioritise kindness over everything this is a wrong place
The good thingsCo-workers were generally good. Pay was quite ok. Good flexibility at times
The challengesManagement is genuinely evil. Manipulative and toxic. Managers are so very rude that slowly it will kill you inside. They will not hesitate to embarrass in front of the customers.HR is useless as good friends with management and nothing stays confidential. Customers were mostly demanding and rude.Gets very personal time to time good outlook but deep down so Nasty. Also, no penalty rates. Probably not feeling good in perth was this job.Quitting was the best decision of my life, applying was the worst.

Not a good place to work at anymoreI loved it when I started working here. All staffs where very nice and we get along very well. But when the higher management got changed, everything went bad. The place went toxic, they got very controlling, they changed a lot of things even the $10 staff meals that we can get. No penalty rates, they force you to work easter week and christmas holidays even though you're casual and you don't even get any PH rate! Even though I love the staffs, the higher management are the main reason why I left this place. Would definitely not going back here and would not recommend working here.

Wouldn't wish the experience on my worst enemy - if I could go back in time, I'd stop myself from applying in the first place.

despite having spent over a year in this business, I would not recommend a job in this company and have come away from my role feeling very unappreciated despite my constant and consistent loyalty to the business.
The good thingsgood co-workers, met some lovely customers.
The challengesthe management can be extremely hard to deal with and are unapproachable, opportunities are not offered equally to all staff, staff are not valued and little to no loyalty exists, no staff benefits and very low wages, overall a very uncomfortable and anxious environment to work in.

A click leadership team that needed a shake up.
The good thingsThey wanted to have a cultural change because they knew they had a problem.
The challengesDid not know where cultural change started, which is at the top & the need to either remove or reinvigorate your current staff.

The general staff are reall great but the managers are really snobby and condescending
The good thingsGeneral good vibes from likeminded people and usually leftover bread at the end of the day
The challengesManagement is terrible and either over or under staffed. And there are practically no staff benefits and minimum wage.
