    Don't do it until a new CEO is appointed and a new executive team is in place.
    The good thingsThe staff are nice - it is a friendly environment
    The challengesThe management. The worst Executive team I have ever seen, completely unable to make decisions. It is management by crisis and the mantra is "We have always done it this way."
