    Not a good company to work for, choose another one if you can.
    The good thingsthe staff that you work with are lovely and dedicated.
    The challengesManagement a joke, no direction, no pre-planning, treat staff terribly only care about senior management and not the staff that looks after the guests. No loyalty rewards for guests, no investment into the hotels even though they all need refurbishments and claim to be luxury but certainly not
