Less than 1 year in the role, former employee

I have been given entry level work not as described for my mid career work title and been criticised by managers quite often for not doing in their ways

The good thingsthis company constantly creating news so everyone knows when you talk about it. It makes lots of great looking plans and brain washing so everyone was sort of in the same dream and over excited with potential developments.

The challengesMost of the managers were from overseas with minimal local experiences and within 60% of the managers were young generations (aged below 40). They are lack of people management skills , problem solving skills and possibly the ability to drive the company.

I worked in the NSW team, I do not advise to work with this company. Below average pay, no support from Senior Leaders and no training/development.

The good thingsGood to gain exposure to a large German retail brand.

The challengesThe Property Leadership team are out of touch with the Australian property market, they provide no direction and have unrealistic expectations.
