    Well-organised firm but not a healthy place to work in my experience.
    The good thingsThe company has very organised systems and clear processes for managing client work. I learned a lot about structured accounting workflows.
    The challengesThe small team was very controlling with too much micromanagement. There was no space to think independently, which made the job very stressful.
