Management that makes your miserableDo not work here if you value your mental health. Don't get me wrong I have made life long friends and walked away with some skills that have helped me in new positions but the management team of Sealink Western Australia are a joke. From the insensitive jokes and comments made about women by the GM to cruelty of the Marketing Manager there is something rotten and unwelcoming around every corner. The biggest lie they tell is that your "ONE TEAM" a pillar of their values that is disproven time and time again. Save yourself the heartache.

    Confidence and soul crushers!!!!!
The good thingsThe Crew and some Masters made it worth while, as they want to see you grow in the maritime industry as the boats are known for seasonal/stepping stone jobs
The challengesSealink WAs management is outrageously poor. Operational need is a high value for them and they have no respect for long standing crew. They consistently make promises to crew they know they CAN NOT keep. They will not give you progression here and consistently lie.
