    I am incredibly grateful to be part of such an amazing team and can't wait to see what my future holds with Kent!
    The good thingsI enjoy walking into the office and feeling and feeling so safe and comfortable to be who I am with my teammates. There is a lot of importance placed on the office culture and inclusion and belonging which is so valuable to me.
    The challengesOur Perth team has grown so much in the past 2 years and working in a period of such rapid growth can be stressful but, in those times, I know I can lean on my co-workers to support me.
