Emerald QLD 47201 to 2 years in the role, current employee

KCR is a good place to work if you want to work and go home every night. I personally started to not like the culture and attitude of the staff and miners. but what i've have heard, that's just mining.

The good things- Money - Benefits - Exposure - Good People

The challenges- Money will fix everything attitude - Apprentice Program
