You'd be very lucky to secure a position with Key Assets. The good thingsThe organization as a whole has a real focus on achieving positive outcomes for the children and families they work with. There is also a great focus on staff well-being with staff appreciation day, hybrid working (two days per week WFH), frequent one-on-one and group supervision (monthly for both), training, access to funding for external training or education etc. The salary is average but comes with a vehicle or vehicle allowance and fuel card. When there are opportunities for career development, they first look internally. Decent work load with a case load of up to ten. Senior management is extremely approachable and present. Great work environment (depending on the team/location).
The challengesAs in any area of OOHC, the work with children, carers and families can be challenging. Compared to other similar organizations, this challenge is not so bad considering the support from the organization.
