    PLEASE DON'T. LOOK ELSEWHERE.
The good thingsOffice location and some brands.
The challengesManagement, specifically leadership team (KPLT). The culture is toxic, starts from the top...CEO.

    Lead with control, not vision!
The good thingsHighly impressed with panel interview structure and fast hiring. Information shared at interview stage however is a sharp contrast to the actual working experience at Key. Minimal onboarding, conflicting leadership feedback and mind games: one day you are high performing and next day you are a low performer.
The challengesLeaders are task driven and everything is transactional. No passion, no growth mindset. Marketing focus is all task driven and how much more volume of work you can do in a day. Micromanaging leaders with lack of self awareness. Revolving door and changing structures creating unstable, survival focused environment. Recommend to ask for JD, the staff turnover stats, employee audit, and most #1 question is to ask for a work plan!

Modern office with old business practices and supporting individuals who just maintain the status quo
The good thingsWFH flexibility for many departments. New modern office.
The challengesComplex processes lacking clear objectives and supporting the floater and tick-box mentality. Decisions driven by emotions and lack of strategic and data-led considerations. The only constant change is the ongoing restructures and leadership movements akin to a chess board.

Exhaustive paper shuffling and no empowerment as marketers are expected to take on traditional thinking and working with leader’s personal agenda.
The good thingsFlexibility to work from home
The challengesLack of pace and decision making across all departments, Marketing team working with toxic leaders and no support. Expected to work long hours and manage all projects and just keep ticking boxes.

Pretty damn poor in the end and I'm glad to be out of there.
The good thingsUsed to be an excellent company to work for. Senior management was great, knowledgeable, lots of experience, friendly, approachable and honest. Good range of products but with their own challenges.
The challengesNew senior management took over from Jan 2019 and things went down hill from there. Poor people skills, lack of trust and integrity, poor direction, lots of "game playing" by one person in particular, morale plummeted, not a good place to work at all. The culture and relationship experience under the newish management is a far cry from what it used to be and should be.
