    So glad that I left, I found the treatment of the animals upsetting
    The good thingsNot much in regards to the company
    The challengesStaff shortages, tunnels in rooms making it difficult to supervise children. Poor management support, animals in rooms not cared for, no natural gardens.

    The good thingsThe families and children i got to meet.
    The challengesLack of staff support. Lack of communication. Constant staff shortage. Unprofessional. Unethical. Different rules for different people. Zero support from head office and management. All in all a very stressful and toxic work environment.

    At Kids ELC, they care.
    The good thingsKids ELC heavily invests in their team members. People are friendly. I have never experienced that much love in my life.
    The challengesThe rapid pace of growth and expansion. With new centres opening, it creates plenty of opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. I appreciate how the team supports each other through these transitions.

    My experience is that it’s a family owned and operated centre and you feel like you are a part of a home away from home. You feel valued and nurtured which helps us do the same for the children. Incredible role modelling by the leaders.
