No career progress, they just use you as a cheap tutor. The good thingsAll the activities are already planned.
The challengesNo chance of decent money per hour; in the first 3 months, they pay 38 p/h, and once you reach 3 months, they just push you out. When I asked for a reason, they just said it was because I only teach English and didn't have a car. Is that professional feedback? Additionally, they give you 4 students per session and expect you to write a comment for every activity the students do during a 45-minute session. Impossible to do that in 15 minutes.
