    The challengesThe company normally promotes internally, except that there has been an increase in new clients and greater need for more detailed reporting so we are growing.

    The good thingsI work in a great team, where I have a mentor and a senior whom I can ask any question. Client’s calls are returned promptly and clients visited often by directors with staff.
    The challengesClients are reaching out to us to provide them with more services and we want to meet that challenge, this is time consuming and I know my knowledge will grow as I do my CA program. I am looking forward to a great career path here.
