    Poor leadership leads to poor culture
    The good thingsEasy going ops and warehouse staff, salary comparable.
    The challengesNegativity and poor culture, management look after mates only, no development opportunities, outdated processes, cogs turn slowly, silo'd departments, issues stem from top. 2.6 stars says it all.

    On my experience only work life balance is pros rest is like I wish. Management and pay rate below average, physically demanding job

    The challengesHard to follow instructions from different locations and different person for no reason. Very unorganised old school.

    No respect for your health then work here.
    The good thingsSome good people work there, the customers we deal with, work/life /salary/balance suits me.
    The challengesGetting anything fixed, finding the least defective truck to drive that will do the least damage to your body when using it, never seen drivers with such bad health because of the conditions.
