Great at talking values, poor at actually living them.
The good thingsThey pay you, but so do other companies.
The challengesRecognition and pay felt misaligned, with graduate hires often prioritised over experienced employees who had already proven their value. This created a clear sense of unfairness. Performance reviews were difficult to trust, as feedback didn’t always reflect actual performance and at times felt subjective. There were also instances where the role did not match what was communicated during hiring, and concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. The company also felt disorganised, with frequent restructures that created instability and a lack of clear direction. Promotion decisions did not always appear to be purely merit-based, which further impacted trust and morale. Overall, the company needs significant improvement in leadership, fairness, and transparency.

    Great place to work.
The good thingsGreat place to work. Motivated and engaged shop floor team when it comes taking ownership. Excellent opportunities available for all individuals for their career growth within the business.
The challengesChallenging range of products to make on one- manufacturing site, however, it keeps everyone motivated to do better everyday.

    Run by Muppets, not leaders
The good thingsclose to home, but so are 1000 other employers
The challengesSince I have been here I have seen the place slowly go down. down in production, down in staff levels, down in salary compared to inflation, down in staff moral. From all reports this place use to be thriving, great leadership, great pay, and managers who cared and knew everyone's name

Appalling business with disengaged or delusional leaders
The good thingsExcellent and dedicated floor staff and team leaders.
The challengesSystems and engagement is stuck in the past while the company is crushed for operational spend. The american buzzwords and mantra's make the whole business a joke. Anyone of any quality leaves within 5 years. Only the no-hopers hang around

    Run. Run away fast!
The good thingsBuilding great relationships within the network of people you meet.
The challengesCulture within the whole company was a massive joke. Extremely degrading towards all women. The expectations to do your job within a certain timeframe was un-realistic at best. Even doing your job at 200% was not good enough. The expectation to put in a full days work (10+ hours) and then go home and do another 3-4 hours of admin work was absolute BS!
