It was like a nightmare that I wanted to escape from but I felt guilty about waking up The good thingsSome people were genuinely good people, I liked the flow of things and the customers could be amazing people to have a chat or joke with.
The challenges- the company is constantly lying to everyone, workers, customer and anything with a pulse if it means covering their own end.
- mangers actively talking about your colleagues negatively than acting like their friend when they are around ( I can only imagine what they say about me)
- Unfortunately it’s a situation where if you treat people like a doormat you’ll get everything you want but if you hate that toxic environment you quickly start feeling isolated at work.
- The pay is definitely under market value
- A lot off jumping to conclusions and micro management when it came to taking over the role (some people can’t let go of what they once had)
- manipulative
