It was like a nightmare that I wanted to escape from but I felt guilty about waking up
The good thingsSome people were genuinely good people, I liked the flow of things and the customers could be amazing people to have a chat or joke with.
The challenges- the company is constantly lying to everyone, workers, customer and anything with a pulse if it means covering their own end. - mangers actively talking about your colleagues negatively than acting like their friend when they are around ( I can only imagine what they say about me) - Unfortunately it’s a situation where if you treat people like a doormat you’ll get everything you want but if you hate that toxic environment you quickly start feeling isolated at work. - The pay is definitely under market value - A lot off jumping to conclusions and micro management when it came to taking over the role (some people can’t let go of what they once had) - manipulative

The good thingsSome staff members have good intentions.
The challengesDevoid of any willingness to adopt new ways of thinking or new systems. Frightened people serving masters used to antiquated labour systems.

Ive worked in the blind industry for a while and within my second day Kresta I knew I wanted to leave ASAP.
The good thingsThe team in the office were a great bunch of people to work with. Very friendly and helpful.
The challengesThe management, no proper training, the double standards from management to team members. There is no organisation within the company, the staff are all over whelmed with the customer complaints, the lack of direction with management, and the work load.
