    I had to watch 60 Minutes in half an hour to keep up!
    The good thingsThe fast pace with a narrow margin for profit, combined with a multi-skilled workforce made it a hectic but very fulfilling workplace. Hot desking and everyone not just business development and sales were busy finding new opportunities for business. This was fantastic for engaging employees
    The challengesLimited labour resources, forecasting operational needs was constantly challenging the branch and operations managers for accuracy. HR was 24/7 until the demand for its services dropped.

    The challengesVery poorly managed and many fair work place laws broken on a regular basis. Always an excuse for everything.

    I felt that I was treated with contempt by the owner and upper management
    The good thingsI don't work there any more, however I did leave some friends there
    The challengesVery bad team spirit with poor top management with 5 different operation managers in 20 months
