Great Place to Work with Strong Pipeline and Supportive TeamJoined as a Site Supervisor recently and the experience has been great. There’s a strong pipeline of work, especially with major projects underway, so job security is a big plus. The team is supportive, the culture is collaborative, and the company is well organised.

Working at Lantrak has been a rewarding experience, and it's refreshing to be part of a company where people are truly valued and management leads by example.
The good thingsLantrak is a family-owned business where management leads with integrity and genuinely cares about their people. There's a strong sense of community, and everyone is treated equally—there are no rigid hierarchies, and the leadership team is humble and approachable. It's an organisation that values hard work.
The challengesLike any company in the industry, there are busy periods that can be demanding, and the fast-paced environment may not suit everyone.
