Challenging role with plenty of reward
The good thingsLots of freedom & agency to grow business in your area. Great loyalty program if you enjoy entertaining customers & having a bit of fun.
The challengesTraining & support. Branch life can be stressful if you don't have a strong team around you.

Don’t do it avoid at all Costs.
The good thingsNo weekend work which was great, that’s about it.
The challengesManagement and some people you have to work with. In my branch the wife was the manager of one of the employees was very toxic! Also you would be expected to learn from online and know it straight away. You would ask for help, and you would get attitude.

All Sydney NSW1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
Not a team environment and no growth
The good thingsdealing with customers and enjoying the banter
The challenges- No training * they will throw a book with the SOP's and just expect you to learn computer processes (M3 program), although they have a stimulator software of the real software they use which helps. * Have no patience, they expect you to learn off the first time your shown something. - Management do not care and are always to busy to mentor or help you grow. - Staff within branch are unfriendly and when you walk out the room I could feel the daggers in my back.
