    Out our a 15 year career in mining, this is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of being in any way associated with.

    The challengesUnroadworthy poorly maintained equiptment. Company is production based with no regard for workers safety.

    The good thingsWas given a mature age apprenticeship at age 43 And have earned a lot of money with this company
