    For me, Working for Leader Computers is being on the grass thats Greener on the other side. The company looks after its staff and the opportunities it present to you to be an achiever is second to any company i have ever worked for.
    The good thingsBeing involved in decision making as a team for product deployment. Working with a dedicated national team who backs each other up. Very much a family orientated business.
    The challengesThere is always something new to learn so you have to allocate time after hours from time to time to increase your knowledge base. But this small sacrifice helps me represent our company & the products we are presenting to our clients, so its a win win situation.

    The good thingsLEADER has a great culture with positive attitudes & feels like working for a family business even though LEADER is one of the largest IT Distributors in Australia. One of the best companies in Australia & one company I will stay with for my entire life.
