Poor Management - would not recommend this company. Vindictive toxic leadership culture, pressured to work extra and much longer hours than employed to do, expects employees to do extra work outside of their scope and work excessive extra hours.
The good thingsSome really intelligent and good hard working people are employed there in the main workforce, however are all underpaid for the industry standard.
The challengesPrescribes to a pressure culture to work while sick, and do much longer hours than contracted or paid for. No long term vision for development or recognition for achievements. No Career growth.

I've seen over the years the company supporting colleagues to grow their careers - and there is never a dull moment.
The good thingsReally clever innovation and clear vision on technology and it's application in the mining industry.
The challengesHexagon (Leica) have so many different technology solutions, covering every process and department and user in mining - its hard to learn and know what all of them do.

Overall a great company. It was my first full time experience and they were good to me and it set a solid foundation for my career.
The good thingsGreat team environment, good R&D management and leadership. Nice office setting and healthy amount of communication and staff building opportunities.
The challengesSmaller team meant not much room for career growth or development.

Excessive hours, no recognition, a very unprofessional leadership team.
The good thingsThe engineers and staff were great, so we're some of the middle managers. I had several challenges with the product which provided a lot of challenges and opportunities.
The challengesProduct quality, no support from the leadership team. Is there any reason why you keep sending me this survey on a daily basis?
