    The good thingsGreat development opportunities, high level of responsibility from day one, get to learn from some of the best business minds, get to work on really challenging, engaging and important problems, great variability in work type / industries, great networking opportunities, opens up many future career options
    The challengesWork/life balance is always a challenge: the hours can be long and vary without warning, and frequent travel may be required - all of which can be very hard on your personal life. I also found that the longer you are there, the more likely it is you get pigeon-holed for certain projects / industries

    The good thingsStrong focus on development and coaching to help people on the steep consulting learning curve. The problem solving skills, analytical skills and stakeholder management skills learned at L.E.K stay with you throughout your career and give you a great foundation.
    The challengesWork life balance is difficult to manage at times, as it is in most consulting firms.
