Overall a great place to work. Working close with upper management does mean you get a voice and it will be heard.
The good thingsLenard's is a very inclusive workplace. Values that are profound in this organisation include family and diversity.
The challengesWe're a small team, so we work together to get the job done. This does mean workloads do get split between different departments. Don't expect a stagnet role- the positive here is you will gain experience in different sectors of the business.

It was a very great first work experience as it shows you nothing it easy and you have to do things that you don’t like and get new life skills that you probably wouldn’t of had before.
The good thingsIt was a very friendly and kind working environment and was very good at making time that fitted me best
The challengesThere were only two people working when I had shifts and that would mean double the washing and packing up of the meats

    A good first job experience
The good thingsIt is a good first job as the work environment is not too serious and they are very flexible with your working hours.
The challengesAs not many people are put on one shift, unless you are in the younger half of employees you may not get many shifts. I also believe your experience will highly depend on who your manager is.

The good thingssome people were annoying to work with, others were amazing and part of the reason I worked there for so long. bosses can be really nice
The challengeswhen things go off the smell can make you throw up, you're working with raw chicken and when customers get picky its hard to help them as there are some things where you can't control the weight etc
