A good learning experience personally but also a very tough environment to grow beyond the role you were hired for.
The good thingsGood people and culture - built some solid relationships during my time here. Learned a lot too both personally and creatively
The challengesCan be unforgiving when mistakes are made and there's a tendancy for "blame game" tactics which can be toxic at times. Quite disorganised/very little structure/processes - it's up to you to set this up. Management is very laissez faire. There is no desire to develop talent here so take responsibility for your own learning and make sure you stick to your agenda.

    I loved it
The good thingsBest agency I ever worked for. Great culture! Great clients! Loved the team, the processes. Good enough amount of flexibility in general.
The challengesChallenges are the fun ones: related to making better things happen. Maybe a challenge would be if someone wanted a bit of quiet/ down time in the \"work hard - play hard\" lifestyle. As long as you are up for both, as I said, the only challenges are the ones we want: how can we put our brains, heart and bones to come up with better creative stuff that will be awesome?
