I wouldn't touch this organisation with a barge pole. It's in an absolute mess and no one is safe.
The good thingsThe staff within the services organisation/CSS
The challengesConstant fear of being 'retrenched' which was management speak for firing someone. Company vision is poorly communicated. Organisation works in silos. Management cannot be trusted and are snakes. The organisation for AP is headquartered in Singapore. The Singaporeans have a pyramidical structure and take great offence to 'freshmen' going over them to HQ in Lexington USA.
