    The challengesExtremely high turnover as you can see for yourself the amount of jobs they have available each week as people don’t stay long and just leave. Extremely Low Pay compared to other transport companies. Incompetent HR Team! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

    The good thingsThe whole team you work with is supportive and encouraging. Its always scary being the new person but everyone I have come into contact with has been polite, helpful and supportive.
    The challengesThere is a lot of things to learn, especially coming from a non transport career path. However I have been supported throughout the whole time by my team & also other people at different depots across Australia (everyone is there to help).
