What’s it like working at Linfox?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Linfox appreciate working with excellent colleagues and team members who create a supportive and friendly environment. The company offers good work/life balance with flexible arrangements, particularly for working parents, and maintains a strong focus on safety with clear processes and high standards. Salary and benefits are competitive, and many employees report having supportive and helpful managers who contribute to a positive workplace culture.

However, there are some potential challenges to consider. Management quality can vary across different sites and levels, with leadership approaches differing throughout the organisation. Some locations experience understaffing, which can lead to increased workloads and higher staff turnover. Training processes could be more structured, as some employees have noted being expected to learn independently. The fast-paced environment and workload demands can be intense, particularly during busy periods, and communication between management and staff could be enhanced to ensure information is shared more effectively.

    Good colleagues, bad managers.
The good thingsStaff members were mostly excellent to work with, and the work was very streamlined.
The challengesTeam leaders should assist their staff more instead of hiding in the lunchroom. They should physically be helping when the warehouse is understaffed.
