Epping VIC 30762 to 3 years in the role, former employee
Still stuck in a different time
The good thingsGood manager, No micro-managing, work life balance.
The challengesNo support, unrealistic targets, wages are very low. Do a lot of extra work outside your duties like cover reps, drop batteries/pallets but zero recognition. Also zero connection from head office managers down to drivers. No meetings, no development.
