Avoid Crown store /management is very poor
The good thingsPrefer collins store as the managers are better and more humane
The challengesAvoid Crown store , manager has no clue how to run store , high turnover rates , people leaving business as store manager is high headed and too much pressure to sell with zero motivation from managers , too much work politics and the other reviews written here by others looks very AI written

LV is a fantastic place for anyone looking to thrive in a fast-paced setting while being part of a diverse and inclusive community.
The good thingsI’ve spent the last 10 years at LV, and I can confidently say it has been an incredible journey. The opportunities for professional growth are abundant, allowing me to develop my skills and advance in my career. One of the standout features is the emphasis on individual career paths. Employees are encouraged to explore various roles and projects, allowing us to build a career that aligns with our personal and professional goals. This flexibility has been incredibly motivating and rewarding. The culture is collaborative, and management is supportive of professional development. Whether through mentorship programs or training sessions, there’s a genuine commitment to helping employees succeed.
The challengesThe work environment is both challenging and dynamic, pushing employees to grow and adapt. Every day presents new opportunities to tackle complex problems, which keeps things interesting. Colleagues come from various backgrounds and cultures, fostering an inclusive atmosphere where different perspectives are valued. This diversity not only enhances creativity but also makes for a more collaborative and supportive work environment

Overall, I highly recommend Louis Vuitton to anyone seeking a challenge and growth with a global leader in luxury. The company invests in its people as much as in its business, fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration. With strong career development and global opportunities, it’s a great place to build a rewarding career.
The good thingsWorking for Louis Vuitton offers one of the most rewarding career opportunities for individuals seeking growth. Louis Vuitton fosters a strong belief in its people, giving everyone a sense of ownership and belonging, regardless of their role. Every individual contributes to the company’s success, and this is reflected in its inclusive and collaborative culture. PRESTIGIOUS GLOBAL BRAND: Encourages collaboration with international teams. INNOVATIVE: Work with cutting-edge technologies and IT solutions in luxury retail. CREATIVE CULTURE: Opportunities to innovate and implement new solutions. CAREER GROWTH: As part of LVMH, there are vast opportunities for progression, mobility, and involvement with other brands.
The challengesThe biggest challenge I faced during my time at Louis Vuitton was the fast-paced nature of luxury retail. While it could be demanding, it kept the work dynamic and engaging. There was always something new to tackle, whether it was a project with tight deadlines or adapting to evolving customer expectations. This pace pushed me to stay agile and proactive, constantly refining my skills and contributing to the larger business outcomes. Despite the intensity, it created a stimulating environment where each day brought fresh opportunities to innovate and make an impact on a global luxury brand.

    Not a solid career choice.
The good thingsThe sales staff are friendly. Brand history.
The challengesManagement promote their friends. A lot of good staff get blocked by this and are left with managers that did not get there through talent or merit.

The challengesIf you work for this company I promise you that you will come back and look at this review one day and agree, if you want to preserve your mental and physical health and wellbeing I would not recommend this company.

    Turn around and run!
The good thingsMaking the decision to leave. You'll occasionally meet one or two people that are like-minded but usually if they're intelligent enough, they will leave faster than a blink of an eye.
The challengesDon't waste your time working for a company that will take advantage of your skills and constantly remind you that you're replaceable. I worked for Louis Vuitton for a few years and I've seen high turnover, poor treatment of staff and lack of proper management. A great number of talented staff all quit for the same reasons. Don't think that working for a big name brand is a dream because it's not. One of the most disorganized and toxic places i've worked at.

The good thingsGreat colleagues to work with and amazing clients to meet everyday. Not to mention to die for products to be surrounded by.
The challengesSilent competition since there are many talented colleagues. It is not a place for a quick promotion but great place for someone looking for a new career and a place to learn.
