Having run my own business for many years, if I was just asked to clock on and off, I wouldn't be that fulfilled. It's been nice to be able to bring in an idea, told to run with it, and give it a go. You can have a lot of ownership in what you're doing.\n","cons":"Probably resources to keep pushing things forwards. The company is growing fast, and sometimes areas don't get thought of for improvement, but that's only a challenge if you keep quiet. Be prepared to be publicly called 'f' and 'c' names at some point - everyone in the sales team goes through this.
