    Good job if having previous experience in radiology
    The good thingsSome colleagues were extremely friendly, patients were understanding and more supportive then management
    The challengesTraining to be carried on longer than 3 days. More stability when new staff join the team (not juggling them across 4 different sites) when they have only been there for 3 weeks. More support when staff are struggling Clearer communication, acknowledging when staff have done something well not just when they have done something wrong.

    The good thingsSupportive and positive place to work. Management is respectful to employees and has a people first culture. Equipment is modern and well maintained. The newer clinics are so nice to work in and modern
    The challengesSome of the older clinics could use a bit of a facelift just to modernise them. Nothing else that I can think of.

    Great Company with Supportive Environment
    The good thingsThe staff are friendly and helpful. I made some good friends and we work well together as a team in a supportive way. The work environment has a very positive culture from management and there is a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement from a collaborative approach.

    The challengesSometimes competitors pay more but I like that there is an EBA and annual pay rises.

    Clone yourself to perform a two-person workload and make hour-long commutes.
    The good things- Great pay. - Part-time opportunities.
    The challenges- Poor management. - Ludicrous workloads. - Very inflexible work locations. - Much of the equipment is old and poor-functioning.

    If your not in the inner group or speak up they will make your life a living hell until you eventually leave, Training is very poor and what they pay is very poor compared to other companies

    A learning curve
    The good thingsI was able to enhance my clinical and social skills which further enabled me to excel with my patient treatment.
    The challengesManagement attempts to sort out confrontations was often abysmal. I was also made to feel guilty for calling in sick due to the lack of staff numbers. Many co-workers felt like a number.

    The challengesStaffing, equipment and workload is a challenge, but nothing a good spirit can't handle
