Don't "Mader Mistake" in working there like I did!
The good thingsSome of the people were fantastic and made going to the office bearable.
The challengesIngrained misogynistic culture from the top down. "Show up at all cost" to the office attitude, regardless of ill health or post-cyclone road conditions where the directive from government was to stay off the road unless travel essential. Micromanagement. Mid-level managers unable to make basic decisions for their teams as hamstrung by upper management. Zero HR management / adherence to HR policies. Working OT for no remuneration was expected and encouraged. Poor work life balance.

Worst contracting company ive ever worked for.
The good thingsThe other fitters on site we're good blokes. We were left alone on site until we came in a day late for swing and then your phone rings off the hook cause they're not earning money off your labour.
The challengesThey're a typical company which blows all the smoke up the client but treats its employees terribly. Co-ordinators are incompetent and no form of leadership. If you've never heard the definition "your just a number" this is the place to work to learn what it means.

It was my worst career move, never felt appreciated. Wish I could review with zero stars
The good thingsSome colleagues were genuinely helpful and made it bearable
The challengesToo much to list, realised it was 'who you knew' not what you know or can do. Felt my hard work was not rewarded. I felt I was sold a dream but it was a nightmare.

    More than just a number.
The good thingsI left a fulltime position with a much larger company and I will never look back. Mader recognises all my efforts and achievements and makes me feel like more than just a number. I have made a lot of lifetime friends through this job. Best decision of my life.
The challengesMader can be fairly reactive, your plan can change at the drop of a hat but so long as you are flexible with the company. Mader will be flexible with you. Often rewarding your efforts and sacrifices making it all worth it.

The good thingsCareer progression in some aspects of the business, there is some nice people that do work there as well.
The challengesLack of leadership and direction, also no real training pathway in place for recruiters.
