    Good company to work for when the work is there but the loyalty of out the door when the work dries up.

    The challengesThe Danish / expat focus. Quite hard to make it past the border with an Australian passport.

    The good thingsOverall I feel Maersk values its employees .They are very understanding when it comes to families.they encourage training during employment to further people's careers.
    The challengesBeing a large company based throughout the world it can be a challenge to get recognised as our wages in Australia are high therefore overseas positions are hard to obtain
