    Very good environment as a start, you will have to seek another opportunity outside the group after a couple of years if you have ambitious for Higher-level/benefit, overall Maersk, to me, is the best environment and work-life balance I ever had.

    The good thingsLogistics is a rich area for learning. Maersk being a large company has many different opportunities for learning in different areas
    The challengesChanges can be made from Denmark with little regard for local conditions. While understandable from a business point of view, it can have the effect of bringing the mood down.
