Our local design team has worked with some of Australia’s biggest talents, including luxury fashion designer, Alex Perry, who has personally designed capsule collections for Magnolia Australia.Magnolia Australia is also very passionate about inspiring and supporting its customers, and we have a stong presence in the local community. Our business is mostly run by women, and we’re really proud to be involved in several women’s charity events. Source: this is an extract from the company’s own website.

    Wouldn't go back
The good thingsI loved the experience of working for my favourite jewellery store
The challengesTargets are too high, pay is too low - on weekends you only get up to $2 extra, not enough staff to cover your shifts if you are sick so most of the time you end up working while feeling absolutely horrible. The management is also poor and you are on probation for 6 months during which you are not entitled for sick leave or staff discounts. There was no motivation or encouragement from the manager to do better and no ongoing training either. The training period at the start was also terrible because the manager focused more on her sales than helping you learn something.
