Do not work for this company!!
The good thingsNothing the company Venture Smart is the most toxic environment i have ever worked.
The challengesVenture Smart company is by far the worst company i have worked for. Management and supervisor are not helpful at all when it come to pay roll, legal issue and safety issues. This is the first time i have been screwed around with pay / overtime hours in a company. The work is all mainly on live main roads, the supervisors at time would be to tight to organise traffic controls for us to work and make us work close to on coming traffic with out any protection.

The good thingsOpportunities for professional development and higher level acting roles gaining experience and exposure in other roles to support the business enhanced my contributions to my employ. Definitely an employer of choice…

The challengesManagement not supportive, suggestions taken only from Permanent employees. colleagues are 50+ years they don't understand new technologies at all and dont want to learn.
