    Making a sale but not getting commission as it wasn’t your turn. Poor work and life balance not able to find staff and if found not keep .

    Total life lesson. If you are out of work, get a job there (due to staff turn over there is always a vacancy) then while you have an income coming in, look for a real job.
    The good thingsLearning that even though a company has been open for 30+ years, doesn't necessarily mean that is a good company
    The challengesDealing with incompitent management. For example: A door counter on the front door to count people walking in and walking out without buying anything and then blaming/reprimanding sales staff for poor performance.
